At DARQ Clothing Co. we are excited to get your new clothes to you ASAP! We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to our customers. This policy outlines the shipping process for your orders, please review it below:

Domestic Shipping (India)

Order Processing: We typically process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team at clothingco.darq@gmail.com

Shipping Methods and Rates:

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

Paid Shipping: shipping rate will be calculated based on your location and applied to orders below ₹499.

Expedited Shipping: (Optional) We offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates for #DARQSQUAD:

 

Members with a valid DARQ SQUAD membership can enjoy free shipping on all orders regardless of order value and will also be eligible to various exclusive offers, discounts and cashbacks

Cash on Delivery (COD)

(Optional) We may offer COD as a payment method for orders within India. A convenience fee will be applied to COD orders.

Full payment must be made in cash upon delivery.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.Our primary shipping carriers includes a Shipping Aggregator (Shiprocket) which chooses a suitable shipping partner depending on your location

Shipping Restrictions

 

· Please note that we may not be able to ship to certain addresses due to shipping restrictions imposed by our shipping carriers or legal regulations.

· If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you promptly and provide assistance with alternative shipping options if available.

Delivery Issues

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.

Important Information

 

  • We currently only ship within India.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • During busy periods, such as sale seasons, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping times. We appreciate your patience.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their local customs authorities.

Order Cancellation
